We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). -
Can I pay with a currency other than USD?Currently, we only accept payments in USD. However, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount into the currency of your country or region at the prevailing exchange rate.

How can I track my order?Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping notification to your registered email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel. Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?You have 7 working days from the day you receive your order to request a return. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide you with the return address, and your return will be processed once we receive the returned items. Please note, the 7-day return window does not include shipping time, so you do not need to worry about any shipping delays.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item showing that the tags are intact and the item has not been washed. Once we receive your return request, we will usually get back to you within 24-48 hours via email or WhatsApp with further instructions.Please note, we are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen during transit.Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and the exact time of credit will depend on your payment provider. -
Who pays for return shipping?The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels.
